Remanufacturing Services
For more than 30 years Durbin Valve has specialized in comprehensive valve remanufacturing. Our knowledge of evaluating and servicing industrial curing valves surpasses that of others in the industry. We service our own Durbin Valves, as well as our domestic and international counterpart’s valves. We take a unique approach to valve remanufacturing. Each valve sent to us for remanufacturing goes through a 17 step evaluation & part replacement process. Your valves are disassembled, degreased, inspected, and thoroughly cleaned. Each part is then sand blasted to remove rust deposits, machined, and painted. A new diaphragm is installed and then reassembled with new parts including: a diaphragm spring, a packing spring, packers, seats, and gaskets. In addition, all of Durbin's valves are individually nitrogen-gas tested. This process ensures that your remanufactured valves leave our facility meeting the same high quality standards as our brand new valves.
Valve remanufacturing is a cost effective alternative to valve replacement. Turnaround time on valve remanufacturing varies. Expedited service is available upon request (additional charges may apply). Our dedicated and trained staff are available to discuss products, parts, remanufacturing services, and technical information. Please contact us today with any questions.
